Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Policy sets out how information is handled in the iPhone app "30-Day Plan" (the "App") and on this website, both provided by Ordermade ("we", "us").
The App requires no account registration and no sign-in. The records you enter into the App are stored only on your device in principle and are not sent to our servers.
The App uses Apple's in-app purchase and RevenueCat to check purchases, restorations, and whether Premium is active. The information handled in that process is described in sections 5 and 9; how we handle email you send us is described in section 7; and the technical information involved in delivering this website is described in section 5.

3. Information the App stores on your device
The App handles only what you enter or set within the App. All of it is stored only on your device.
3-1. Goal records
- Goal name
- How it is tracked (count, change, or steps)
- Unit, start value, target value, current value
- Start date and deadline, and the time zone at registration
- Step names and whether they are done
- Recorded values and their timestamps
- Goal status (in progress, paused, finished, and so on)
- Notes carried over to the next 30 days
These are stored in a database on your device (Apple's SwiftData).
3-2. Display settings

These are stored in your device's settings area (UserDefaults).
3-3. Reminder settings
The App has a mechanism for storing reminder settings, but the current version does not provide reminders. It does not ask for notification permission, and no notifications are sent.
4. Information the App does not collect
The App collects none of the following.
- Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, or address
- Location data
- Photos, camera, microphone
- Contacts, calendar
- Health and fitness data (we do not integrate with Apple Health)
- Payment information (such as credit card numbers)
- Advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Browsing history, search history
- Usage statistics, crash information
You are free to write whatever you like in goal names and notes, and we do not collect that content.
5. Sending data outside your device
The App does not send your goals, progress, steps, or recorded values to our servers or to any other outside party. However, communication to check purchases, restorations, and whether Premium is active takes place as described in section 9.
The App does none of the following.
- Our own analytics measuring goal content or screen operations
- Serving advertising, or using data for advertising purposes
- Tracking users across multiple apps and websites (tracking)
- Automatic collection of crash information
- Providing, sharing, or selling your goals, progress, steps, or recorded values to third parties
The same applies to this website. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cookie-based tracking.
5-1. Delivery of this website
This website is delivered using Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Technical connection information such as IP addresses may be processed by Cloudflare in order to provide the site, protect communications, and prevent unauthorized access.
This concerns the communication that happens when you view this website. It does not mean that the goals, progress, or records you entered in the App are sent to Cloudflare.
6. Device backups
Because the App's data is stored on your device, if you use your device's backup feature (iCloud backup, a backup to a computer, and so on), the App's data may be included in that backup.
This is a function of the device and the OS. Where the backup is stored, how long it is kept, and how it is encrypted follow the terms of Apple or of the other backup provider. We cannot view the contents of that backup.
Please choose whether to make backups yourself, from your device settings.
7. Information we receive when you contact us
Only when you send us an email do we receive the following information.
7-1. What we receive
- The sender's email address
- The body and subject of the email
- Any information you choose to include (your name, device model, description of the issue, and so on)
- Any attachments included with the email
There is no need to include more personal information than necessary when you contact us.
7-2. Purpose of use
We use the information we receive only to reply to your enquiry and provide support. We do not use it for advertising, promotion, or marketing.
7-3. How it is sent and stored
We use Gmail, provided by Google LLC, to send, receive, and store support email. The content of the email you send is therefore stored on Gmail's servers. Google's handling of information follows Google's privacy policy.
7-4. Retention period
We keep the content of enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and for any period required by law, and our policy is to delete information that is no longer needed.
7-5. Provision to third parties
We do not provide the information we receive to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Accounts and cloud sync
The current version does not provide accounts or cloud sync.
- There is no account registration or sign-in
- There is no sync between devices, including iCloud
- There is no linking with social media or other external accounts
If we provide these in the future, the information handled will change, so we will revise this Policy in advance and let you know (section 13).
9. In-app purchases
In the App you can purchase Premium as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is made through Apple's in-app purchase, and we do not receive or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
We use the service of RevenueCat, Inc. to check purchases, restorations, and subscription status. As a result, an anonymous app user ID, the product purchased, the purchase and subscription status, and technical information about the app and device may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat. The goals, progress, steps, and recorded values you enter in the App are not sent to RevenueCat.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds for the subscription follow the conditions and procedures set by Apple. RevenueCat's handling of information follows RevenueCat's privacy policy.
10. Deleting data
The App's data is on your device, and deletion is performed by you. We cannot view the data on your device or delete it remotely.
The current version supports the following deletion operations.
- Deleting a goal: from the goal's detail screen, together with its progress, steps, and recorded values
- Deleting a step: individual steps in a step-type goal
- Deleting a recorded value: recorded values in a change-type goal, one at a time
- Uninstalling the App: deleting the App removes the goals, records, and settings stored on your device
Once you delete a goal, a step, or a recorded value in the App, it cannot be undone. Please make a note of anything you need before deleting.
Also, because goals and records are stored only on your device, they cannot be restored from within the App after uninstalling. Please make a note of anything you need before deleting. Purchase history and subscription status handled by Apple and RevenueCat may be retained separately from this on-device data.
11. Requests for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use
Regarding information we hold (the content of enquiries under section 7), you may make the following requests as the person concerned.
- Disclosure of the information held
- Correction, addition, or deletion of its content
- Suspension of use or erasure
- Suspension of provision to third parties

Note that the App's data stored on your device is not held by us, so it is not subject to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion. You can delete it yourself using the operations in section 10.
12. Use by children
The App does not collect information differently according to age, because it does not collect personal information for use of the app.
If a child contacts us, please do so with the confirmation of a parent or guardian.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy in line with new features in the App or changes in the law.
The revised content applies from the time it is posted on this page. When we post it, we will note the revision date at the top of this page. If a change would significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavor to give notice in advance by posting on this website or displaying a notice in the App.
